I'm currently in the process of summarising my journey. I apologise for its delay. I've been otherwise very busy, but I'm on it and it will be available soon.

Also preparing for this year renewal repeat ride which hopefully will fuel more enthusiastic responses.

I thank you all for your continuing support, donations and wishing you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR.

I've met enough fellow bikers en route to believe that I can gather up a group of us to repeat the John O'Groats to Land's End charity run again next year.

Doing it solo this year has been a hard learning curve for me and I would not want to do it again on my own.

I shall therefore put down my ideas how this can be achieved and any further input would be most welcomed. Suffice to say that we need to do this in Summer and July/August would be a good time.

Weatherwise, September was not a good month and I would not wish to go through the same cold, wet and windy sufference that I endured on this first attempt.

Meanwhile, the fight against Prostate Cancer goes on and I would ask you to please carry on donating to this worthy cause.

I'm looking at participating in other short 5 km runs similar to the one in Bristol 'runforthefuture' event.

You will have noticed that the original steel exhaust was upgraded to a new stainless unit. I have also just acquired a new stainless downpipe which will be fitted in due course. Hoo Ha!

All of the videos taken during the trip will be posted on YouTube. In the meantime they can be viewed on my facebook page.

Thank you all for your support.

The ride may be over, but the fight to beat Cancer is not over. Your donations are still needed and my own personal campaign to raise awareness in men about PROSTATE CANCER goes on.
